Our goal is to provide the highest level of accommodation and care and support packages for young adults with mild disabilities aged between 16 and 25.
The aim of our service is to help young adults with the transition from foster care to living independently in the community. They need to acquire skills to take care of themselves and show that they are planning an independent future.
