We prioritise quality service in order for young adults to achieve their goals and independence. Our goal is to provide the highest level of accommodation and care and support packages for young adults with mild disabilities aged between 16 and 25.
The aim of our service is to help young adults with the transition from foster care to living independently in the community. They need to acquire skills to take care of themselves and show that they are planning an independent future.
The service will consist of a small team of staff who specialised in youth development, and this is the basis for supporting the young individuals. Nohab Care Ltd aims to recruit support staff from various backgrounds that possess skills and experience in mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and young adult services. The service provided will work in line with the provision of semi-independent supported housing for young people preparing to leave care.
We aim to be able to give support that will make the young people transition into adulthood smoothly to live independently in the community.
